I wanted to take a moment to share my experience working with Grace as my realtor. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her dedication and expertise throughout the entire process. She always went above and beyond and her attention to the needs of my family can not be overstated.  From my first meeting with Grace, I felt confident that I was in good hands. She always had my family's best interests at heart. She is based in Tacoma but also knew the Seattle market. I realized later that moving between markets is not common for realtors here. Her knowledge of the local market was invaluable, and she worked tirelessly to ensure that I found the perfect home for me and my family.

I am a medical professional in Seattle who moved from the East Coast with my husband and two small children. I had one month to make the move and so needed to coordinate not only the purchase of a new home in Seattle but also the sale of our prior home. This required lock-step coordination between my two realtors and lenders, Grace here in Seattle; and my realtor on the East Coast. Grace even visited properties and took videos because I was only able to make one trip out to Seattle to view homes. I am not sure if Grace ever had to do this in such a short time period but she made it happen! I closed on my new Seattle home within 2 days of closing on my prior home, and my family flew here knowing we had a place to call our new home.
